Course Summary
The second SSSA’s online training on advising in civilian crisis management targeted primarily personnel of EUBAM Libya and lasted for four days. It accommodated 10 participants, seven from EUBAM Libya and three from the UN Development Programme in Libya. The key objective was contributing to the enhancement of the aptitudes of experts working as advisors in civilian crisis management missions. One of the strongest points of the training was the expressed experience of participants and trainers, among whom two out of three had field experience in Libya.
