School of Advanced Studies Sant’Anna implemented an online training on Advising in Civilian Crisis Management Missions, mainly intended for personnel of EUAM Ukraine and staff of other relevant organizations operating in the country. The 4-day training programme was attended by 12 participants and was very participant-centred and interactive. The role of the advisor, knowledge transfer process, strategic advising components within a mission mandate, local ownership in capacity-building processes and coping with resistance were only a few of the highly relevant session topics covered throughout the training.
