Course Summary
In November 2023, the CMC Finland successfully conducted a pilot training program focused on Concepts, Communication, and Constitutional Values in Libya for eight participants. This 3-day course unfolded in Tunis, Tunisia, featuring three main modules: Intercultural communication, Concepts of world views, and constitutional values — all designed to enhance their specific advisory capacities. The program provided in-depth theoretical knowledge on all three main topics, and through interactive discussions and group work, participants had the opportunity to deepen and apply their learning.
