Course Summary
This 3-day online training on digital communication in civilian crisis management included 10 members of EUAM Ukraine’s Press and Public Information Division and one member of such department at EUCAP Sahel Mali. The training’s main objective was to update and enhance participants’ knowledge of digital communication with the help of practical and real-life examples and case studies. The trainers prepared a detailed plan of the mission‘s past and future communication activities on various social media channels, presented real-life cases of mis- and disinformation and made an introduction to storytelling.
