Course Summary
The second need-based training on Digital Communications in Civilian Crisis Management was split into two parts to better fit the needs of the target group – communication experts working for EULEX Kosovo and other international missions working in the field in Kosovo. Through four separate sessions they gained and deepened their knowledge on campaign development, digital rhetoric, visuals in digital communications, rapid response communications, digital security, and social media analytics.
