It’s a success! Clingendael‘s two-day training on Intercultural Communication, which took place between 22nd and 23rd November is concluded! The residential training, which took place in Kiev was tailored to the needs of EUAM Ukraine and extended to other international organisations in Ukraine with participants joining from NATO and the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe.
The participants were introduced to cases that are closely related to the professional practice of the participants; skills that matter within international missions, but also in the wider environment of the crisis management mission. Thus, the participating mission staff was provided with the necessary knowledge and skills to operate effectively, whilst remaining sensitive in communication.
We would like to extend our gratitude to Clingendael for organising and implementing comprehensive training as well as thank all the speakers who helped make this possible. Moreover, we would like to wish the training participants many successful interactions in their mission tasks.
