The EUCTI’s premier course on The Training of Trainers (ToT) tailored to the needs of the European Union Monitoring Mission in Georgia & European Union Capacity Building Mission in Niger and extended to other international organisations working in Georgia, which took part between 18 and 22 October has been successfully concluded. The ToT course was delivered by the Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies in an online format due to Covid-19 related issues.
During the elaborate five-day training participants of the training were provided with theoretical knowledge as well as practical skills to better organise and streamline the process of delivering and transferring skills to new mission staff.
We would like to thank the organisers from Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies for organising this successful training as well as all the speakers who have substantively contributed to this training’s success. Finally, we would like to wish all the participants great success in their mission tasks as well as a smooth transfer of knowledge to new mission staff.
