Course Summary
Between 30 January and 3 February 2023, the Clingendael Institute implemented the second edition of the Mediation, Dialogue and Conflict Analysis training. This five-day, highly intensive face-to-face course conducted in Tbilisi, Georgia, attracted 17 participants – (primarily) political advisors, staff working on the hotline, and those working on confidence-building projects. As the participants were already highly skilled in the areas of the training topic, they were able to exchange good practices and knowledge through real-life conflict analysis case studies and negotiations.
