Course Summary
The online Negotiation and Mediation in International Crisis Management Missions took place between 15 and 17 February 2022. The first training in 2022 was implemented by the Clingendael Institute and targeted civilian, police and military experts who work for international organizations in a crisis management environment. Profiles such as mission leaders, political advisers, liaison officers, planners, mentors, advisers deepened their knowledge on negotiation, mediation and dialogue skills specifically in a crisis management environment with the help of case studies, role plays, and interviews with practitioners.
