Course Summary
Need-based training on Strategic and Crisis Communication was conducted in an online format for personnel of EUAM Ukraine. The training, organised by the Clingendael Institute, consisted of three parts: Rhetorical Arena, Dis- and Misinformation and Crisis Communication Planning and Tools. Staff of the mission, including its Public and Press Information officers were introduced to theoretical concepts and trained their skills with the help of practical tools, such as short crisis interventions, group assignments, case studies and interactive lectures.
