Course Summary
Zif Berlin’s 4-day course on Team- and Conflict Management in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina included 15 participants from three major international organisation working in the Balkans region: OSCE Mission in Bosnia and Herzegovina, International Organization for Migration (UN) and EULEX Kosovo. The training aimed to equip mission staff, particularly those at the mid-management level, with the skills to effectively navigate interpersonal conflicts and enhance trust and teamwork within their respective areas. The training emphasized interactivity through diverse activities such as role play, presentations, group work, and reflection exercises.
