The premier training of 2023 focused on Intercultural communication and strengthening intercultural competencies in the Central African Republic (RCA). Altogether 29 participants acquired competencies for effective communication across cultural barriers and more.
Almost 30 participants, personnel of EULEX Kosovo and other international organizations present in the country, attended the hybrid courses Training of Trainers and its derivative, Presenters’ Workshop, implemented by Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna.
Need-based training on Strategic and Crisis Communication was conducted in Ocotber and November 2022 in an online format for personnel of EUAM Ukraine. Three-part training covered dis- and misinformation, rhetorical arena, and Crisis Communication Planning.
As part of its training activities, EUCTI offers training to organizations outside of the EU as well. One of such organizations was École de Formation Électorale en Afrique Centrale (Eng. The Electoral Training School in Central Africa) from Democratic Republic of Congo.
The residential course on Mediation, Dialogue and Conflict Analysis in International Civilian Crisis Management was designed for up to 20 participants, staff members of EUMM Georgia and other international organizations/peace missions in the area.
Between 7 and 9 September digital communicators working for EULEX Kosovo and other international organizations active in the region attended the second part of the Digital Communications in Civilian Crisis Management training.
